When you are working out your arms, it is nice to be able to work out multiple major muscle groups at the same time. This makes for both a shorter workout and a greater feeling of accomplishment. The Body-Solid Leverage Lat Pulldown, LVLA exercise machine can help you accomplish just that. It focuses on the following major muscle groups: biceps, lats, traps, and triceps. The two major exercises it can do are the Wide Grip Front Lat Pullup and the Close Grip Front Lat Pulldown.

Features

• The 5cm x 7.5cm steel mainframe is 11 gauge.
• The metallic silver powder finish paint job is electrostatically applied to the machine; the upholstery is double stitched. Both of these features help the machine continue to look its best for years to come.
• The adjustable seat is partially gas powered.
• The bearing pivot points are sealed.
• It includes holders for weight plates; however no weight plates are included.
• The hold down pads for the legs is adjustable.
• Diverging arm movements are made with a dual axis; the lat pull downs are correct biomechanically.
• 360 degree rotating hand grips; the downward pulling motion becomes much smoother.
